To supplement the online content for The Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute exhibition, The Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion, I was asked to shoot some photographs of the final installation.
The exhibition is now closed. I highly recommend checking out this exhibition before it closes on August 9, 2009. Not only are the dresses wonderful but there are also many photos by the iconic fashion photographers from the 1940s through the 1990s on display.
